We had one heck of a storm ⛈️ overnight and into this morning. It has cooled things off and man it feels so good! Here we are, last Sunday of the month, only a few days from September… I can almost see Fall from here 🍁 As usual, I’m kind of sad to think about giving Summer up 😔 But, the heat has taken its toll, and cool Autumn weather looks 👀 pretty sweet.
As I drink my coffee ☕️ this morning, I’m thinking of things I have to do… Getting ready for the Moonlight Pond Tour Fundraiser is top of the list! Then we are hosting our Annual Fall Fest. – Pumpkin/Jack o lantern 🎃 carving class, Petting Zoo, Face Painting, etc etc… So, the Fall season isn’t a slack time for us at all really, in fact we even get busier 😊 So I’m finishing my plans for the coming season, while still trying to be present in the last throws of Summertime … It’s a full life! A Blessing 🙏🏻

We have had a nice cool spell for a few days, and now it’s back to the Heat of August for a while longer… But, not much longer! In just 2 short weeks, it will be Labor Day, the official end of Summer…
I’m taking out some spent Summer vegetables today & getting ready to plant some cool season stuff. But, I’m gonna hold on to the Summertime that’s left! I do LOVE me some Summertime ❤️ But first, more coffee ☕️

Well, we’re back! We celebrated our 30th year of marriage and boy am I tired 😜 What would you do for a milestone such as this? Hawaiian trip? Cruise 🚢? Europe? Yes, yes and yes! But, we stayed ‘in country’ and went to some new places, stayed in different accommodation’s than we’re used to (Yurt, House Boat) & tried to figure out where 30 Years went… We also met some really nice people along the way, and guess what… They were also from Tennessee 😊 One couple we were talking to actually said “your from TN aren’t you”? We both smiled and said yes on cue’… They said we were so nice that we just had to be 😊
30 years goes by quick… Our Anniversary trip went by so fast 💨 Now we are back home and back to reality… 🙏🏻 Thank you to everyone that has been a part of these last 30 years! ❤️ Thank you for all the well wishes and congratulations that we received 🙏🏻 We have been truly blessed and I am Thankful 🙏🏻
