Due to popular demand, we will have the Butterfly House at the Nursery again this year! We had alot of fun last season and we are going to do it again this year starting with a Butterfly Garden Class and a Butterfly Release!
This event is FREE! Don’t miss this Awesome event!
WHEN : SATURDAY, JUNE 26TH 9am – 12pm.
WHERE : Carter Nursery, Pond & Patio
WHAT will we do? : We will start with a intro to Butterfly gardens at 9am. In this class we will teach you how to design a Butterfly Garden and discuss what plants are necessary to “Host” & Feed your Butterflies. Plants and Butterflies along with ‘Butterfly Kits’ (a closed terrarium with a caterpillar that will transform into a butterfly) will be available at this seminar for purchase.
A BUTTERFLY RELEASE WILL BE HELD after the class, at approx. 10am.! ! ! Bring your Cameras! The class will be presented by Butterfly expert-Celeste Bursi of Butterflies in Memphis! Don’t miss this Great Event!
