Some experience in the construction industry would be great. But a Landscaping background is not required. Mainly you must have a good work ethic! My guys and I are hard workers and I expect nothing less than the work ethic that was instilled in me by my dad & grandfather.
A valid Drivers License is a Must! And being on time is REQUIRED! (That means a few minutes early).
We are primarily a Water feature company that installs Ponds, Streams, Waterfalls, Stone Work, Landscape Structures & Plantings.
– We also have a Nursery/Garden Center that needs part time help…
For the Construction Job – You Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly. Boulders & stone are heavy! A wheelbarrow full of dirt is a lot harder to move than you think!
This is full time job, that is somewhat seasonal.
Perfect for a student to work through the Fall and Winter semester and into Spring OR someone wanting Full Time work!
Starting pay is based on experience & driving ability/record. If you work hard, you will advance in pay quickly!
This is a Fun place to work and we take great pride in our work.
Hours are normally 8am to 5pm. , M-F, and some Saturdays are required. Sometimes we do start as early as 6am and may work later than 5pm. This is construction after all, you have to make hay when the sun shines.
