I was just trimming my plants back a little bit today… Its always a good practice when we’re around the 4th. of July… They just get heavy and tired and need a little TLC 😊 I just thought I would share some of my favorites and how they look after a little mid season trim…
A mix of colors and texture for sure, with some aquatic plants thrown in for good measure. I’ve still got to trim these Pitcher Plants back a bit, but I just love them! When your plants eat bugs for you, ya just got to love em! 😊Just look at that bloom. These have lived in this container for a few years now, that’s why we’re seeing this prolific blossoming this season… I’ve even started using Hydrangeas in Porch Planters. This ‘Limelight’ is showing out 😊 Now I’m going to add some Oakleaf’s to round it out.
