It’s the 1st Monday of October 🎃 The mornings are crisp and our Water Gardens are transitioning to Fall quickly now. I wanted to share a special project we did a little while back. Just a simple, flowing creek… listen for a moment and your hooked. I went out yesterday and walked some local creeks and river banks. All my designs are influenced by the streams and creeks of Western Tennessee where I grew up, and they are still what I seek out to recharge my spirit and my energy. Just a simple, flowing creek is all it takes for me 😊

This little Waterfall is in my greenhouse. I love ❤️ sitting out there and listening to the Falls and watching the light flicker and get thrown all around by the waterfalls movement. It’s very hypnotic and relaxing.

A wonderful client sent this to me the other morning. We installed this waterfall over a decade ago and it’s still looking great! Add in her beautiful landscape and awesome pool… It’s a jaw dropper 😳

We are past the 4th of July now and entering the “Dog days of Summer”… A shady spot with a soothing waterfall and mossy stream -sounds like the perfect spot to ride it out! We designed and built this one around 10 years ago and as you see, it has aged well 😊 That’s one of the magical things about a Pond and Waterfall – They just keep getting more beautiful as the years go by….

I was thinking a lot about why I Love ❤️ waterfalls so much. And also where I get my inspiration to design and build them. It really comes from a love of nature. Streams and creeks and natural waterfalls are always the most beautiful! My goal is to replicate them. To design and build a Water Feature in your backyard that looks, sounds and feels like a natural, organic Waterfall… That’s our goal! All native Tennessee stone was used in the construction of this Water Feature.
