What a beautiful evening! Tomorrow is the first ‘Official’ day of Summer! AND – This coming Saturday is the Summer Pond Tour! 💥 Here’s an evening Pond Video that I hope will bring a little Zen to your night 🌝
Well Im headed to the house for the evening, but the light was just right so I sat down for a minute to share a moment of Waterfall Wednesday Zen.
This special little space is right behind the Koi Shack. The Water Garden/Pond is approximately 150 square feet in area and a nice Waterfall and Stream flow into the Pond. Your welcome to drop in and see it for yourself during business hours at the Nursery… Feel free to feed the fish, they are ALWAYS hungry 😊
There’s an old saying in my business- “Everybody wants a waterfall, they just don’t know it… Yet”!
PS: It became an old saying, because it’s true!
“I’m wanting a backyard Pond”… I hear this quite often in my business. Usually they have seen a beautiful Water Garden or Waterfall and want one as well (that old saying comes true again)…
Come by the nursery one day soon and check out our Water Feature displays, Aquatic Plants and Koi. One of our wonderful staff members will answer your questions, help you with information and sign you up for a Personal Design Consultation. Then I will call you and set up a time to come by to design and create a custom Water Feature of your very own.
Our retail Garden Center and Water Feature Showroom is open Tuesday Thru Thursday from 8 to 5 & Friday from 8am. – 4pm. We are open Saturdays from 8-2!
It’s Monday morning and a new week awaits! I always love getting out early and feeding my Koi. Of course, I also love getting out late and doing the same 😊 Here’s a short video from last nights feeding. I thought it would be a nice Moment of Zen for today…
Monday’s are sometimes trying, a moment of zen goes a long way!
It’s Waterfall Wednesday and I’ve got a full blown case of Spring Fever! So I thought I would share my sickness with you all 😊 Here’s what’s “Coming soon” to a Koi Pond near YOU!
#Waterfallwednesday is always a good day! I hope you enjoyed my little glimpse of Spring ❤️ A little taste of what’s to come…
I’ve got tha Spring Fever, and the ONLY prescription is more Waterfalls!
If you don’t like the weather in Tennessee, just wait a few minutes, it will change… Scary sky’s and 70 degrees in January = Tornado weather in Tennessee!
The Koi were moving around today. All that warm rain turned them on… You have to listen closely to hear 👂🏻 their message…
Evening feeding time is a daily ritual around here. We feed the Koi in all the Ponds and in all the different Fish Tanks as well. It’s a labor of Love ❤️
They are waiting everyday for their meal and I think they enjoy our company as well. Like old friends…
I wanted to share a beautiful, private backyard I got to visit last week. The home is surrounded by gardens! Complete with gazebos and pathways and Bubbling Fountains with intimate/hidden little sitting areas (opportunities ❤️) within the outdoor spaces. WOW! I didn’t want to leave 😊
Then I went to the Backyard Garden 😍 Check it out 👇🏻
We got to help redo this stream and waterfall that your looking down as it flows into the pond. We used the stone they had on site in the “re-configuration” and it turned out beautifully I think. So did they ❤️
This is such A special garden that I asked them if they would like to be included in a future Pond/Garden Tour. She said she would LOVE to be on the tour 😊 So, some of you lucky folks will be able to stroll through what I consider to be one of the best designed and maintained gardens in West Tennessee in the near future.
When you walk up to a Koi pond you are immediately greeted by the Koi that live there. Who are you? What ya’ got for me 😊 Koi are very friendly. Jo took this short video of these Koi swimming through the lilies saying hi. Koi live in a perpetual state of Zen!
