Meet My Personal Trainer…

Happy New Year! Ya da, ya da… Resolutions & changes, ya da, ya da… If there’s one thing I gotta do this year, it’s FIRE my personal trainer! I mean, he was with me almost everyday during the holidays & I still packed on 5 pounds 😳

2019 is behind us. But I’m still carrying some of last years weight thanks to my personal trainer here…

So I guess it’s not all his fault… I mean, it’s nice to have someone to shift the blame on, but I deserve at least some of it. In any case, it’s a New Year! And I’m gonna do better!

Sunday Reflections…

Rainy night followed by a rainy morning. I’ve been sipping coffee since early, thinking about the holidays and all the family we got to see and all the stuff we did. We are having one more late holiday get together with some out of town family and then it’s all about New Years!

Only a few days left in this decade! What will I do with them…

Today is the last Sunday of the year! Last Sunday of the decade to be exact! It’s been a good year! Fast but good. I have started a list of goals for 2020. #1 in the list, spend more quality time with family and friends. The more I think about it, that’s a goal worth striving for.

Have a great Sunday with family and friends!

New Years is Coming!

The Last Friday Report Of 2019

The New Year is Coming! Fast! In fact this is the last Friday of 2019! Pretty crazy that it has gone by so quickly… But, it’s true that “time flies”!

2019 is on the way out! What does 2020 hold for YOU???

A good friend once told me the older you get the faster the time flies. It took me a while to understand that, but now I think I do. In a simple way, the older we get, the less time we have in our future… The demand is still there, but the supply is dwindling. So time becomes more and more valuable! That makes sense in my mind.
So along those lines, 2020 is coming fast & I want to make the very best I can of every moment! 😊

Im already working on my 2020 Events Calendar for Carters Nursery (I’m very excited for next year!).

What do you want in 2020? Do you set goals? Do you make “Resolutions”?

I don’t normally do New Years “Resolutions” but I’m considering a couple this year… IF I do, I will post them for all to see 😊 It may help my accountability to any resolution I make? We will see…

Good luck! & Heres to a GREAT 2020!

– See y’all next year!

When I committed to a daily Blog it was a HUGE step! And at first it was a real challenge, but it seems to get easier and more fun the longer I keep the commitment 😊

As many of you know, I started blogging in 2008, but not daily… more weekly and monthly, AND I haven’t missed a month since 2008! But, It wasn’t until January 1st 2018 that I made the decision to blog daily. Now, it’s just part of what I do… And, my blog has developed some daily themes that I hope you like…

Mondays are a video of a stream and/or Waterfall, usually one that we  built, and it’s titled “Monday Morning Moment of Zen”…

Tuesdays and Thursdays are my ‘freelance days’… lately I have been doing my Blog or Vlog On Outdoor Living, focusing on Outdoor Lifestyle Areas (Spaces, patios, outdoor kitchens, outdoor rooms, etc.).

Wednesday (Hump Day) Is ALL about Waterfalls! And – KOI!

Fridays I do a Local Talk Radio Show (The ‘180’ with Dan Reaves & Sea Bass) and I follow the show up with a Blog about what was covered. I call it – The “Friday Radio Report”.

Saturdays I try to Blog about the my Nursery. What’s HOT, Events that are happening and, what is going on in & around the garden.

Sundays Blog is called “Sunday Reflections…” Sunday is a day of rest, reflection and time with my family. I try to share a inspirational thought, poem or story.

I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has taken the time to read my Blogs or watch my Vlogs! Especially to everyone who has “Followed” my Blog!
