What a beautiful morning! A quick, early walk this morning was perfect! Leaves are really showing color now 🍁 and many are falling in good number… Its about time for a good early Fall clean-up and burn 🔥 It really helps clear the way for later in the season.
Then its back in the house for breakfast 🥞 🍳 No brunch today! Too much to do and see outside on this gorgeous Fall Day! 🍁🍁🍁

Only 1 week from today is Halloween 🎃… Get out and look around before the show is over!
“October is the month for painted leaves. Their rich glow now flashes round the world. As fruits and leaves and the day itself acquire a bright tint just before they fall so the year near its setting. October is its sunset sky; November the later twilight.”

Do you think you could wear your 6 guns and holsters to a school function nowadays? 🤔 Me thinks not… But let me tell you one thing for certain! That boy you see in that picture there, would have for sure! I guess cowboys had more sway back then… Lets bring back Cowboys! 🤠🇺🇸
Heres to the spirit of Fall! Bon fires🔥 Football 🏈 Beautiful color 🍁 and dont forget Halloween! 🎃

Today is the “Official” 1st day of Fall. The Autumnal Equinox’! A very special day! The sun is right above the equator, and day and night are almost exactly equal in time 🕰 From here, the days get shorter and shorter as we slide towards the shortest day of the year… The Winter ❄️ Solstice, aka: The Longest Night 🌙

Today the nighttime and daytime hours are equal. The days will get shorter and the nights longer all the way into the first day of Winter, aka: The Winter Solstice.
I remember when I was a kid, the big thing on the equinox’s was to stand an egg 🥚 on its head 🤔 I don’t know if that’s the only day you can accomplish this feat… But, I have done it on the equinox 🥚😊

Have YOU ever tried to balance an egg on the Spring or Fall equinox? It was a thing when I was a kid. I’m thinking it was around 3rd. Grade or so? I went home and worked for what seemed like hours, but finally got one to balance!
PS: science?
So, it’s time for Pansies, mums, violas, kale 🥬 Pumpkins 🎃 gourds, straw bales and corn stalks 🌾 Fire pits, cookouts and football 🏈
Bring. It. On! Fall is Here! 💥🍁🍂🔥🎃 🏈
Have a great day!

Another weekend has come and gone, too fast… Enter Monday Morning! To have a clear, focused mind – Try listening to the sound of this waterfall and stream for a moment.
My waterfall serves many purposes.

It’s easy to clear your mind and get to a state of Zen… All you need is a quiet spot by a waterfall…
It aerates my Pond. It helps produce fresh clean water for my pets and other wildlife. It provides southing sounds and lowers my heart rate as soon as I sit down beside it ❤️
Enjoy this Moment of Zen.
Fall is Here!

Rainy night followed by a misty morning. I’m starting to accept that Summer is on the way out… In just a little over a week is the autumnal equinox, and Fall will be officially here…
“The leaves of brown came tumblin’ down, remember
In September in the rain
The sun went out just like a dying ember
That September in the rain.
To every word of love I heard you whisper
The raindrops seemed to play a sweet refrain.”
– September in the Rain
Have a great Sunday Morning 🌞

Today is the first day of Fall! The autumnal equinox… Equinox of course means equal, today the night and day have an equal split of time. There is something very Zen like about the changing of the seasons.
The weather has dried considerably & some trees are starting to defoliate, like the Birch leaves you see in this short video You even get a glimpse of a pumpkin 🎃 Embrace the Fall, for it is here…
Time for a good Bonfire 🔥 Are you ready?!
“But when fall comes, kicking summer out on its treacherous a– as it always does one day sometime after the midpoint of September, it stays awhile like an old friend that you have missed. It settles in the way an old friend will settle into your favorite chair and take out his pipe and light it and then fill the afternoon with stories of places he has been and things he has done since last he saw you.”
~ Stephen King
Have a Great day!
